Custom-designed e-learning for Healthcare

The Situation

Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, CRM Learning uses state of the art production and talent to offer world class training videos to their customers. Like most markets, the video training market is dynamic and CRM Learning was looking for a way to diversify their offerings using existing training assets. They needed an equally state of the art learning partner to build complimentary learning activities to augment their existing video training library. Their “It’s a Dog’s World” video is a classic portrayal of good and bad patient experiences in healthcare.

Impact Sales custom-designed a highly interactive e-learning program incorporating multiple video vignettes to showcase It’s a Dog’s World. Vignettes were hand selected to demonstrate patient care skills with detailed interactive exercises built around each.

Trainer’s guides were also developed summarizing key skills sets and with coaching tips and reinforcement techniques.
